Blackcurrants contain organic acids, tannins, pectin, essential oils, trace elements. They are also rich in vitamins K, B, E. Blackcurrants are also a fantastic source of vitamin c which is an important fertility friendly nutrient.
Natural live yoghurt is great for the gut as it contains friendly probiotic bacteria (such as lactobacillus)- all health starts in the gut. It is also a good source of protein, calcium and provides selenium too.
