PCOS is one of the most common, but treatable, causes of infertility. In women with PCOS, the hormonal imbalance interferes with the growth and release of eggs from the ovaries (ovulation). Your diet helps to provide the information your cells need to ovulate and reproduce.

How can this programme help you?

Our approach recognises that PCOS affects the whole body, going beyond just carbs and calories. Your diet can play a powerful role in managing your PCOS and improving your hormone health. Our unique programme utilises real time glucose monitoring and 1:1 coaching support to help you determine the right diet for YOU.

How can blood sugar tracking improve your PCOS?

Research has shown that individuals have highly variable glucose responses to different foods – regardless of the carbohydrate content or the glycaemic index of the food. Our programme utilises the latest technology that involves wearing a small waterproof and painless sensor on your arm for two weeks. It provides continuous real time information about your blood sugar, on your phone if you wish, which is related to what you eat and even the quality of your sleep and gut health. A core part of this programme is identifying your unique glucose response to different meals and foods with the aim of improving your body’s insulin response.

At the end of the 6-week programme you’ll have better clarity of what is causing your PCOS symptoms and how to improve them.  You’ll have a template on how to eat, putting you on a path to finding a sustainable approach that works for YOU.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, this programme is suitable for any woman with PCOS who is either trying to conceive, going through IVF or just wants to eat and live better with PCOS. You may be thinking about having a baby or already trying- there’s no better time to improve your hormone health.

Absolutely- the dietary principles can be shared (it always helps to have a partner in crime on board!). However, any recommended supplements will be unique to you.

Nobody can 100% guarantee that you will get pregnant, however we can say with confidence that it will help you to optimise your hormone health and improve your chances of successful conception.

Research has also shown that losing 5-10% of your body weight will improve your health and chances of conceiving. Yes, we will empower you with the tools to lose weight, however we won’t be asking you to obsessively count your calories. Focusing on the quality rather than just the quantity of what you eat is often the first most important step towards optimal health and sustained weight loss.

We are based in the UK and this programme is accessible for woman living in the UK. However, we work with clients from across the globe and can offer you a tailored service. The 1:1 coaching calls are offered over Zoom (or a preferred video method) in conjunction with email support.

We use the widely used and fully accredited Freestyle Libre monitor made by Abbot Healthcare which is directly compatible with Apple iphone 7 or newer and Android operating system 5 or higher.
