Made in Chelsea’s Ollie Locke and his husband Gareth expecting twins after a long and heartbreaking journey

Reality television star Ollie Locke and his husband Gareth have announced they are expecting twins in the summer of 2023

The couple revealed the news on Instagram that their surrogate, Rebecca Ward, was expecting twins after a long and sometimes heartbreaking journey.

Ollie, 35, said: “We are beyond delighted to finally be able to share the news that we are expecting twin baby Locke-Locke’s into the world this summer!”

The pair had their first cycle of IVF in 2021, but that ended in miscarriage; they were devastated. But after waiting a while and taking some time out they decided to try again.

Their reveal post was accompanied by a video of the couple talking to Rebecca about the news.

Ollie told his 500,000 Instagram followers: “You have all been so wonderful throughout the last three years of us trying to have a family and we promise to share every step of this adventure with you all.

“For all those on their own journey to become parents we are with you and sending all the baby dust your way! Thank you to our sensational surrogate @bex7ward for being the most incredible human, the love we have for you and your family is just another level!”

Many of the couple’s celebrity friends were quick to congratulate them, including good friends Miles Nizaire, Binky Felstead, who is pregnant with her third child, and former Prime Minister’s wife, Carrie Johnson.

The couple married at the Natural History Museum in 2020 with just 13 guests in attendance.
