Izzy Judd shares ‘magical little embryo’ anniversary

Izzy Judd, the wife of McFly’s Harry, has given precious words of wisdom to IVF hopefuls via her Instagram account, mrs_izzyjudd

Izzy posted a beautiful photograph of her and her daughter Lola to mark the two year anniversary of Lola’s embryo being returned ‘home’ as she described it.

She told her 188,000 social media followers: “…on the 29th of April our little embryo was put back home and I’ve carried her ever since. To anyone going through IVF or about to go through a transfer, never stop believing that your miracle is waiting for you.”

“Being lucky enough to see Lola as an embryo was the closest thing to magic I had ever seen”

She said: “Seeing the light flash across the screen  as she was released is the closest to magic I’ve ever been. It wasn’t the way @JuddyMcFly and I thought we would conceive but it was every bit as romantic.”

She added to the end of the post: “Always believe amazing things will happen.”

Something Izzy never thought possible after having to have IVF to conceive Lola.

The couple shared their news with a cute post on Instagram of Izzy and Lola to Harry’s 547,000 followers.

Izzy will share her and Harry’s journey through IVF to parenthood with a moving memoir, Dare to Dream, which will be released this Summer.

Izzy said recently: “Trying for a baby is such a lonely time when things don’t turn out how you hope. It is a very difficult subject to talk about and yet so many couples are going through the same disappointments and loneliness. I wanted to share my story of heartache and hope by giving an honest and open account about how it feels to go through fertility struggles, miscarriage and IVF before finally having the baby I longed for so much.”
