Fresh Cherry smoothie

Cherries are an excellent source of antioxidants (rich in vitamin C) and polyphenols.  Cherries also contain vitamin A, vitamin B6 and vitamin K. Cherries are a very good source of many minerals including zinc, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium.

Ingredients

10oz pitted sweet cherries

Handful of ice

10oz plain fat-free yogurt

2oz honey

Method

Place all in a blender until smooth and enjoy top off with some fresh mint!
