Glamour model Rhian Sugden talks about her third IVF cycle and freckles…..

Celebrity blogger and glamour model Rhian Sugden has revealed she will begin her third round of IVF treatment

The 34-year-old model told her 439,000 Instagram followers that she had been having fertility treatment for the past 18 months, and on her second treatment, she suffered an ’embarrassing’ side effect.

She said, “Keep calm and freckle on…I always used to love my freckles and always been happy to wear minimal make-up to show them off.

“However, during my second (failed) round of IVF last year my freckles quadrupled and took over my face. It now looks like I have some awful sun damage and I’ve been so embarrassed by it.

“Little did I know that hyperpigmentation is a side effect of the IVF and the hormones that I injected.”

She said she had been accused of ruining her skin with sun damage

The celebrity, who is married to actor Oliver Mellor, had no idea that fertility treatment could cause an increase in estrogen, a reason she suffered dark circles under her eyes.

She said she spent a small fortune trying to get rid of them and failed.

Rhian ended her post by stating she was sure that she would get more freckles in the coming months as her third round of IVF was ‘looming’.

She said, “Round three is looming which probably means more will appear. One of my friends said it looks like a superhero shaped mask has formed under my eyes because I’m a fertility warrior, which from now on, I shall be owning.”

Rhian was told by fertility doctors she would be unlikely to conceive naturally after tests revealed she has an egg count of a 45-year-old woman.

The couple has already had two unsuccessful IVF rounds.

They found out their second round of IVF failed in December 2019 and her third round was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

We wish her the best as she starts her third round of IVF.
