Why not start your day off with this ‘zest for life’ immune support juice

A fantastic juice to start your day off with, full of amazing nutrients!

Oranges are full of the antioxidant vitamin C and also contain folate and other B vitamins.

In amongst other benefits, Vitamin C is vital to keep the immune system strong and B vitamins are important for the nervous system and to help to boost mood.

Carrots are packed with beta carotene and also add some more vitamin C to zap those free radicals!

Ginger and turmeric contain anti-inflammatory properties and are a powerful combination.



2 oranges

2 carrots

Half an inch of ginger

One teaspoonful of turmeric

(Makes 1 large juice or 2 smaller ones)


How to make

Peel and chop 2 carrots and 2 oranges along with half an inch of fresh ginger.

Place into a juicer with a handful of ice cubes, a splash of sparkling water and 1 teaspoon of turmeric.

Juice and enjoy!
