IVFbabble co founders launch Babble Art raising funds for Babble Giving and global causes

Ever fancied buying a piece of art that would raise funds for charity at the same time? Sounds like a novel idea, right?

Well, that is exactly what the creators of IVF babble have achieved after setting up a new website called Babbleart.org

Tracey Bambrough and Sara Marshall-Page hope to raise vital funds for those in need of grants for fertility treatment and other worthwhile causes across the world

The idea is that when you buy a piece of exclusive art from the website, five per cent of the sale will go to raising funds for Babble Giving, a charity the women launched last year to offer grants to people who could not afford fertility treatment.

Once you have purchased your artwork there is then an option to select another charity of your choice to support.

Tracey and Sara launched IVF babble three years ago to offer support and build a community for those on their fertility journey. The website has proved a phenomenal success and they are passionate and dedicated to continue helping as many people as they can and to break down barriers and taboos.

Both women have experienced infertility and are now parents to twins, with their respective partners.

Tracey Bambrough, co-founder of IVF Babble is the brains behind the wonderful website and has already secured some amazing artists to include their work

She said: “I have been overwhelmed by the number of artists who have offered to incude their artwork. We want to raise as much as possible for Babble Giving and by giving people the chance to select their own charity too, it can only be a win for everyone.”

Tracey is no stranger to the art world, she created Art of Giving, an online art platform, ten years ago to raise funds for several global charities through selling artwork and held the largest ever attended event at the Saatchi Gallery in London.

Working alongside Sara, the pair plan to approach a whole host of celebrities and ask them to create prints, original artwork and merchandise that can then be sold to raise funds online

Sara said: “This is such a unique opportunity for everyone to get their hands on an original piece of art by a celebrity or renowned artist. We don’t know anyone else doing anything like it and we are so excited to be launching Babble Art!”

Tracey added: “We are determined to do all we can to help anyone who needs the financial or emotional support of fertility treatment. We both know how hard it is to afford treatment and psychological support is so important to getting a person through what is one of the toughest times of their lives.”

One of the first artists the pair will be working with is Barry Novis, based in Australia. Well known faces to have collected his incredible art include actress Joanna Lumley and the band, Coldplay. Artist Laura Lian is also selling her work on Babble Art and collectors of her work include Bernie Ecclestone, Bill Wyman and Sharon Osbourne. We can’t thank these two incredible artists enough and the many others offering to sell their amazing work to raise funds for Babble Giving and other incredible causes.

More incredible art will be added in the coming weeks across all genres and pricing

An art event will be held in London too in the coming weeks. If you would like to receive information on this and future events, email info@babbleart.org.
