It is just four weeks until the Fertility Show London and organisers have another big name to add to the rostrum
Actress and celebrity chef, Lisa Faulkner, will appear on Saturday, November, 3. alongside author, Izzy Judd, resident This Morning Doctor, Zoe Williams and CNN journalist and broadcaster Hannah Vaughan-Jones to discuss her own fertility journey on the Let’s Talk Fertility Stage.
Lisa and her ex-husband, Chris Coghill, spent £35,000 on four rounds of IVF and went on to adopt their daughter, Billie, now 12.
Before embarking on her IVF journey she suffered an ectopic pregnancy, which left her with just one fallopian tube.
The 46-year-old has spoken out in the past about her fertility journey and the rollercoaster of emotions she went through to become a mother
A Fertility Show spokeswoman said: “At The Fertility Show, Lisa will talk about her journey in finding her daughter, the process of adopting in the UK and how not giving birth doesn’t have to mean you won’t end up with that happy ending.”
IVF babble has joined forces with Fertility Show London and Fertility Network UK to host the brand new Babble Lounge at this year’s event. The lounge will be an oasis of calm and a place of reflection for visitors.
The show will be using the hashtag #40yearsstronger which could not be a more powerful message for all this year’s visitors.
