Fertility Show London celebrates ten years as tickets go on sale

The Fertility Show London will celebrate its tenth year as the UK’s leading and most attended fertility event, when it returns to London’s Olympia Exhibition Centre on November 3 and 4

Tickets go on sale July 24 and with more than 100 clinics, experts, doctors and specialists offering advice and support for anyone about to embark on, or in the process of their fertility journey, it looks to be another bumper show.

July 25 sees the celebration of the 40th birthday of Louise Brown, the world’s 1st IVF baby – marking several exciting events this year to mark this special date, including a brand new and exciting collaboration between The Fertility Show, IVF babble – the world’s leading online fertility magazine –  and the show’s charity partner, Fertility Network UK.

These three parties have joined forces to offer a more approachable voice and features to this year’s show

This includes  the ‘Let’s Talk Fertility’ Stage, a re-brand of the Q&A Stage, bringing a softer feel with more patient stories, up-to-the-minute information and advice. Informal discussions with the visitors and conversations with top names in the world of fertility and celebrity stories too.

New to the show this year will be the IVF babble lounge

Offering an oasis of calm – hosting counsellors, therapists, some public faces and other IVF babble supporters going through their own fertility journeys, sharing experiences and advice from a patients perspective.

The lounge will have a number of fertility ambassadors who will be on hand to offer a warm welcome and an ear to listen because they have been there, understand and can share their stories too

IVF babble co-founders, Tracey Bambrough and Sara Marshall-Page, have both been working hard to make sure the lounge has exactly the right vibe.

Tracey said: “We are really looking forward to hosting the IVF babble lounge at this year’s show. We want it to be a place where visitors can come, sit and chill. It is a very emotional journey and can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to take in as much information as possible. A friendly ear and a warm welcome awaits from people who have been there, or are going through the process, and can share their stories too.”

Fertility Network UK chief executive, Aileen Feeney said: “Fertility Network UK looks forward to welcoming you to the Fertility Show 2018. Our fabulous team will be on site at the show and available to help and support you at whatever point you are on your fertility journey. The show really does provide a unique opportunity to hear from, and meet, many of the world’s leading clinical specialists in the fertility field, as well as other fertility specialists and clinics from the UK and abroad.”

Bringing together over 100 exhibitors from the UK and overseas, there is no other event in the UK offering visitors the unique opportunity to chat face-to-face with lead experts and doctors from UK and overseas clinics as well as top fertility specialists – making it an invaluable, educational and informative resource day for parents-to-be.

The seminar programme continues to be an integral part of the show and brings together a wealth of expertise and experience

Leading experts such as Professor Simon Fishel Professor Adam Balen, The Lister’s Sam Abdalla, Professor Geeta Nargund, , male infertility experts and campaigners, counsellors, nutritionists, and representatives from FNUK and the HFEA.

The Fertility Show runs alongside National Fertility Awareness Week (October 29 to November 4).

A week that sees the conclusion of the Science Museum’s Fertility exhibition, the inaugural IVF babble fundraising Pineapple Ball in association with FNUK and BabbleGiving.org, the first World Fertility Day (more details coming soon), the Fertility Show across Saturday and Sunday, will conclude the week of exciting events.

For anyone considering or going through IVF or fertility treatment – whether you are experiencing problems conceiving, you are a LGBT couple wanting to start a family, or you are wanting to preserve your fertility due to lifestyle or illness related issues, this is the go to place to get the support and information you need.
